WHO WE ARE

The mission of the organization is to eliminate the backlog of 400,000 untested rape kits in the United States. A secondary mission is to develop an innovative model of quickly and cheaply test rape kits for global implementation.
We want empower healthy and safe communities by ending violence against women and children. Step 1 is to provide accountability and justice to victims. Test400k will raise awareness, advocate, lobby, and push for innovative new technology to be used in ending the backlog of untested rape kits and make sure communities and law enforcement provide immediate and swift response time to victims of sexual assault going forward.
Test400k will advocate for the testing of each and every kit.
